Iryna Salata
My name is Iryna, and I was born and raised in Ukraine. In 2014, my family and I moved to the United States to begin a new chapter in our Lives.
I am a proud mother of two children and grandmother of three wonderful grandchildren. My journey in early childhood education began with a teaching position at School is Cool in Brookline. It was a wonderful opportunity to learn how preschool education works in America and to gain valuable experience working with young children.
When our first granddaughter was born, our family decided to open a home daycare, Bonsai, in October 2015. Later moving on to open my own daycare Little Red Fox in December 2019. Since the beginning, caring for children, supporting their development and creating a safe, loving environment has been at the heart of everything I do.
My love for children has always guided my work. I enjoy helping little ones learn, grow, explore and build confidence every day. Most of the children know me simply as “Baba“, which means “grandmother” in Ukrainian. It is a name that reflects the warmth, care and family atmosphere I strive to create with every child in my care.
I look forward to welcoming your family and being part of your child’s learning and growing journey!
Peng Jin
My name is Peng Jin, a compassionate soul with a heart for nurturing young minds. Hailing from China, my journey led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Accounting, a path that instilled in me discipline and diligence. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I bridge cultures with ease. Over the past three years, my focus shifted towards a more fulfilling endeavor—working with young children. Witnessing their growth and curiosity fuels my spirit. I firmly believe in cultivating an environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and imagination, laying the groundwork for joyful learning. As a devoted mother of two, my children are my greatest teachers. They gift me with the purest form of joy and remind me of the wonder of childhood. My philosophy is simple yet profound: to treat every child as my own, respecting and celebrating their uniqueness. Kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, and gentle hearts are the virtues I strive to instill in every young soul I encounter. I aspire to be an advocate for childhood wonder, a champion of individuality, and a devoted guide on the journey of learning and growth.
