Iryna Salata
I have over twenty years of experience working with children of different ages in both kindergartens and private daycare settings. I most recently co-founded Bonsai Child Care in 2015 and worked there for 4 years before launching Little Red Fox Child Care in December of 2019.
My early educational background and experiences include a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management and working in sales. As a mother of two, I continually strive to create a nurturing, loving, and engaging environment for each and every child. I am known for radiating a warm, caring and loving demeanor. My number one priority is to ensure the well-being and happiness of every child. I speak Russian and English and am happy to provide language lessons through interactive play. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and meditating.

Hailing from China, my journey led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Accounting, a path that instilled in me discipline and diligence. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, I bridge cultures with ease. Over the past three years, my focus shifted towards a more fulfilling endeavor—working with young children. Witnessing their growth and curiosity fuels my spirit. I firmly believe in cultivating an environment that fosters creativity, problem-solving, and imagination, laying the groundwork for joyful learning. As a devoted mother of two, my children are my greatest teachers. They gift me with the purest form of joy and remind me of the wonder of childhood. My philosophy is simple yet profound: to treat every child as my own, respecting and celebrating their uniqueness. Kindness, empathy, enthusiasm, and gentle hearts are the virtues I strive to instill in every young soul I encounter. Maryna Mayatskaya
My name is Maryna. Coming from Ukraine in 2022, I always wanted to be a teacher and believing that this profession is one of the most important in the world, as children are our future. I love helping kids, teaching them morals and fueling their curiosity towards the world around them. Seeing them develop and make leaps toward great milestones in their life brings me joy. I received a Specialist Degree in Finance, which has helped me in teaching a more logical thinking method to the children as well as help them structure their tasks. Very outgoing and always have plenty of energy to bring to any activities. In my free time I enjoy urban exploration, riding the bicycle, baking and reading books.
